The UML-51r control system utilizes cutting edge technology to provide a versatile All in one solution for controlling all of your most demanding elevator projects from simplex low-speed low-rise lifts and up to seven high-rise high-speed elevators in a group.
The UML-51r supports all drive systems: Ac-2 speed, Hydraulic and regulated Vf close or open loop with the same firmware and hardware.

Standing alone, the main board is an  Collective system for up to 8 floors.
The system can be expanded to as many as 32 stops Full Collective by adding extension cards.uml-52ex in (model R) Full serial communication of signalized information to the shaft, car, arrows, Gongs, lanterns, car calls and shaft calls.
Positioning and slowdown point calculation utilize serial communication by the firmware, using an encoder device.
The system consists of two elements that communicate via a serial connection:
The Main Control Unit is located in the machine room,The Car Control Unit (LCC) is placed in the push buttons panel of the car.The system can be expanded to as many as 32 stops Full Collective  by adding extension cards.

The UML-51 offers fully distributed group control: up to seven elevators, in serial communication mode, may be connected to establish a multi-car group control. Each controller from the group operates as a master. The single-wire call registration technique cuts down on wiring requirements for call circuits.
AC 2-speed Hydraulic and variable speed for Vvvf drive units.
Real-time fault diagnosis is received on-board by a 2-digit 7-segment display, which also   serves as a position indicator.
User programmable: parameters, timers, and elevator status are easily programmed with the TST portable programmer. The TST also serves as fault logger and system analyzer.
The UML-51 Is ready for group monitoring through the LGCM software & hard ware package.
